Sugar-Free Eggnog Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein in vanilla
  • ½ can coconut milk (full-fat)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1–2 cups ice (for desired thickness and consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg and cinnamon
  • Stevia, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until creamy and frothy.
  2. Serve immediately.
